No setup fees. You only pay once we place a qualified tenant or begin active management, depending on the plan you choose.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — there's no long-term contract. Give 30 days' notice and you're free to go, no cancellation fee.
What's not included in the base fee?
Actual repair and maintenance costs are billed at cost, and eviction legal costs are covered only if you've added Protection Plus.
